Role overview

We are looking for a seasoned SAP S/4HANA senior manager/partner to drive significant Swiss and international projects in various industries such as pharma, MedTech, food and beverage, consumer goods and building supplies. This key role will be based in our Zurich office and will involve steering our clients through complex transformations, enhancing our expertise in the digital landscape and spearheading business development efforts across the DACH region.

 

Key responsibilities

- Strengthening our S/4HANA capabilities in the Swiss and international markets.

- Driving the development and implementation of S/4HANA solutions, from roadmapping to execution and further development of S/4HANA solutions, e.g. after a brownfield implementation.

- Engaging in management consulting, communicating with C-level executives and working with system integrators.

- Playing a central role in business development and sales activities and leveraging your extensive network to identify new market opportunities and elevate our market presence.

 

What we expect

- 8-10 years of management consulting experience.

- A proven track record with 10-15 years of experience in driving large-scale transformation projects, including recoveries.

- Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and the ability to show and explain what is possible and what is not and why.

- Strong skills in project management and leading different IT and system partners.

- Strong analytical skills and excellence in process re-engineering.

- A dynamic leader capable of developing and motivating teams.

- A master’s degree in business administration, economics, engineering or a related field.

- Fluent communication skills in English and ideally in German as well. Other languages, such as French or Italian, are an additional asset.
