Are you one of our new Junior Consultants in Sweden?

Implement Consulting Group is looking for upcoming Master's students to join our Malmö office as Junior Consultants. This is an amazing opportunity for someone eager to dive into the management consulting world and gain first-hand experience of a management consultant’s day-to-day work.

What you will do

The Junior Consultant programme is a part-time job, during which you will plan your work schedule around your studies. The workload will be approximately 20 hours per week however, we completely understand that you must prioritise your studies, and that there will be times when you are occupied with assignments and exams.

As a Junior Consultant (JC), you will get the chance to work alongside experienced colleagues, interact with clients, and take responsibility for deliverables just like a graduate consultant would. The only difference is that you will do it part-time during your studies and our ambition is to offer you a full-time position upon Graduation.

Typical assignments for a Junior Consultant include (but are not limited to):

  • Helping clients identify and implement solutions to critical business problems
  • Preparing and delivering presentations and engaging workshops
  • Conducting advanced analyses and developing business cases
  • Creating strategic communication material
  • Preparing and supporting strategic decisions

Our work in Sweden spans across multiple industries and capabilities such as Strategy and M&A, Operations Strategy, Business Operations Design, Energy & Climate, Digital Transformation, and People Strategy - to name a few.

What you will bring
We are looking for students who:

  • Will begin their Master’s studies in September 2025
  • Preferably study business, economics, or engineering with excellent academic results
  • Have strong analytical skills
  • Have great communication skills and are fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English (another Nordic language is a plus but not a requirement)
  • Have experience working in Excel and PowerPoint

What we offer
We offer a job in a fast-growing consultancy with an entrepreneurial environment. You will quickly become involved in client projects and work closely with experienced consultants, who will guide you and help take your strategic understanding to the next level.

You will participate in our internal training programme specifically designed for our Junior Consultants, helping you build the competencies that will support you in your consulting career. If you perform well as a Junior Consultant and would like to continue the journey with Implement, our ambition is to offer you permanent employment as a full-time consultant once you've completed your studies.
