From 2019 to 2023, Implement supported a hospital group in its digital transformation initiative under the German Hospital Future Act (KHZG). This involved setting up a project organisation and PMO based on PRINCE2 methodology, developing a digitisation strategy, implementing change activities, and managing public funding.
The project facilitated the hospital group's comprehensive digital transformation, ensuring effective project management and optimal use of public funds allocated under KHZG.
To drive efficiency, Implement worked with the Danish Medicines Council to analyse and provide concrete recommendations to reduce processing times and implement these improvements.
These initiatives contribute to the rapid and consistent use of hospital medicines, ensuring the highest possible health outcomes for the money spent.
The goal was to merge two organisations with distinct operating models, self-conceptions, and leadership cultures, transforming them into a lighthouse organisation in the Swiss market.
The project established a unified strategy with a clear vision, governance, and initiatives. Additionally, cultural and leadership changes were implemented, including shared management and a 'Change Ambassador' programme with over 70 ambassadors.
