What is TPM maturity assessment?


The TPM maturity assessment is a systematic evaluation of your transformation approach and programme management capabilities. It assesses the extent to which necessary programme management practices have been established within the three key dimensions of our best-practice framework: Build for High Impact, Drive Progress, and Engage to Change.

The three maturity scores are based on 24 underlying parameters.

The assessment provides an overview of the current maturity of a transformation programme, based on 24 practices within our framework.
