Securing impact from eMobility strategy implementation for a local Nordic utility
A Nordic utility with a newly established eMobility team had developed a strategy outlining the options and selected combinations of charging and transport segments. There was a need to ensure that the transformation of the business could happen with speed and secure long term success. The project was structured around a sprint based hybrid program approach to ensure fast execution and ownership in the strategy implementation. Structure and collaboration was pinpointed as key building blocks to ensure rapid execution and impact.Â
