As a junior consultant, you will get the chance to work together with experienced colleagues in real projects, interact with customers and take responsibility for deliverables. Our junior consultant program is a possibility for you as a student to engage in management consulting during your studies by working part-time.

We are looking for people who:

  • Are pursuing a master’s degree or in the final year of your bachelor's degree in business, economics and/or engineering with excellent academic results 
  • Possess strong methodical and analytical skills 
  • Can maintain a holistic view and at the same time like to get nerdy on a specific topic 
  • Appreciate a flat organisation where results are what is most important
  • Want to redefine the management consulting industry and shape the future of Implement in Norway 
  • Have great communication skills and are fluent in written and spoken Norwegian and English
